Now Hiring Full Time Licensed Therapists

​

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related clinical field

  • Independently Licensed To Practice in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)

  • Have completed at least Weekend 1 of an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training

  • Ability to provide and maintain caseload of 25+ sessions per week

  • Able to see clients both in-person and virtually

  • Passionate about EMDR therapy and desire to continue to learn and expand expertise in this area

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with other trauma-informed approaches such as parts work/IFS, somatic approaches, or nervous system-informed care

  • Experience and training in a subspecialty such as but not limited to first responders, military, neurodivergence, spiritual abuse/religious trauma, attachment trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder, survivors of suicide loss, victims of human trafficking, substance use, rural communities, etc, etc

  • Strong interest in professional development and consultation

  • Experience working in private practice or high autonomy outpatient setting
